Lost wax records

Lost wax started in Bristol, through a group of young musicians who wanted an avenue to release there work, and express there artistic practice. In 2024 we were proud to fashion our first release with the collaboration between MC Pole and producer Constantino’s - CA PLANE POUR MOI. Since then we have released more work, with plans to continue in the very near future. Find links and descriptions of our releases on this page, and head to the blog page to stay updated and read about our upcoming plans for our label.

Pole Constantino - 10000 miles

Pole Constantino - 10000 miles

Colorful abstract painting featuring a figure with flowers and swirling patterns of blue, red, black, and yellow.

Our most recent release, 2026 saw the return on Pole & Constantino, with the 8 track EP - 10,000 Miles. The name signifies the distance between the two collaborators, as Pole embarked on a new journey with a move to Australia, and Tino’s relocation in Salford. Filled with poignant, introspective lifestyle reflections, and complex and hard hitting sample based production, the two returned with fine form. A more refined track list with limited features (Stan Fara, due to release with Lost Wax in 2026), make this an easily digestible and quality listen. CD’s are available through Bandcamp or email contact, and you can find the release on multiple streaming platforms linked below.

Colorful abstract artwork with layered textures, various bright colors, and doodles of faces on the right side.

2024 we released our first full length project, CA PLANE POUR MOI. Pole and Constantino recorded over many sessions in St Paul’s Bristol. The tape features many artists who are going on to build successful careers in the UK rap scene, Implicit, Johnnie Darko, and PAB MC, who is due to release a project produced by Constantino in summer 2026. The project was accompanied by a packed show at the now closed down 395 in Bristol, with performances from many of the features, and an over 2 hour long set from Pole and Constantino. Limited CD’s are still available through contact and Bandcamp.
